On five occasions, our wrapped silverware had the same. On eight occasions, we picked up a plate and found it to have encrusted food mess on it. Stairs appeared not to have been vacuumed and had the same trash on them from one day to the next. There was dirt and mess on every floor, everywhere. It was not appropriately cleaned and clearly visible. A previous guest wrote their family name and a message using bath markers on the bathroom wall. From the dirt-encrusted pools and dilapidated condition of the water park, to the lack of cleanliness in the hotel room, it was a truly disgusting experience. There were gaps in concrete on stairs, loose railings and lack of appropriate drainage.The cabanas we rented. There was visible, crusted dirt on all of the slides (yes I went on and checked them all). The condition of the waterpark was abhorrent: stains all over the floor, visible filth in the pool floors and sides, unkept restroom near the hot tubs - which could not be enjoyed due to the overwhelming smell of urine wafting from said bathroom. Standing in line for dinner, I witnessed a kitchen employee dip her gloved right pinky finger into a vat of what appeared to be mashed potatoes, lick said finger, rinse it quickly then went back to stirring grape tomatoes and mozzarella WITH HER HANDS WITHOUT CHANGING GLOVES.ĥ.
